Cultivating Body Kindness:
Existing as a Being of Nature
Take some time to enter sacred space and explore perceiving yourself as a unique expression of the natural world through guided meditation.
Sadly, it can be more and more difficult to feel like we can truly celebrate our bodies. It can be really hard to feel like we are attractive enough, or healthy enough, or that we are physically fit enough... quite simply that we are "enough" or "acceptable" just as we are in our bodies for one reason or another.
With all of the messages, discrimination and pathologization that we are accosted with from external sources, it is vital to intentionally foster a kinder relationship with our bodies ... despite how our bodies are being treated by society. This practice is meant to support you in cultivating that kinder relationship with your body.
